Requirements for new student registration:
- Application form
- Registration Fee, $200.00 non-refundable
- Baptismal Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization records and physical exam report (all new kindergarten and 1st grade students)
- First communion certificate (when applicable)
- Copy of most recent report card (for students entering grades 1st to 8th)
