New Student Registration
We are excited to welcome new families to St. Louis of France STEM Academy! To begin the registration process, please prepare the following documents:

- ✅ Completed Application Form
- 💵 Registration Fee – $200.00 (non-refundable)
- ✝️ Baptismal Certificate
- 🧒 Birth Certificate
- 💉 Immunization Records and Physical Exam Report
(Required for all new Kindergarten and 1st Grade students) - 🕊 First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
- 📄 Most Recent Report Card
(Required for students entering Grades 1–8)
